Initial setup of Outlook on your office computer

Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 (this will also work with Outlook 2013)

On the "Microsoft Outlook 2010 Startup" screen click "Next"

On the "Account Configeration" screen Be sure the "yes" radio button is selected and click "Next"

On the "Add New Accout" screen your name and email address should auto fill

The "Add New Account" screen will take a few moments to complete and you will see three green check marks click "Finish"

Your Outlook email should now be setup and ready to use.
